Get your heart rate pumping with this high intensity, low impact interval training class. Pilates principles and high energy help build powerful cores and long, lean muscles. The room is heated to 95 degrees, loud and always a party!

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Sweaty, invigorated and closer to yourself.

That’s what you can expect from one of Melt’s yoga sculpt classes. Class begins with a vinyasa flow warm up before entering the sculpt portion—a combo of HIIT and weighted exercises—and then cools down with some relaxing stretches. With the breath as the anchor, we lead a motivating, beat-fueled and energetic class at 95 degrees that leaves students feeling joyful and fully in their power.

Hot Vinyasa

The path to love and authenticity.

Asanas will be flowing and heart rates will be pumping as movement and breath work together to create a seamless sequence of postures. Each instructor at Melt has a different flavor - some are slow, some are fast, give yourself a chance to try them all. The room is about 100 degrees, often quiet but sometimes loud and a critical step on the path to self discovery.

The set series of 26 postures that make of this class are scientifically designed to stretch every muscle, nourish every cell and strengthen every ligament and joint in your entire body. Your mental and physical strength will work together to heal your body. The room is 105 degrees, meditative and truly transformative each and every time!
